Agrolio operates in an area that is considered Apulia's best for producing high-quality olive oil. Their olive groves are managed according to traditional and organic agricultural methods, and their extra-virgin oil is made with Coratina, the producer's speciality cultivar, as well as other select olives purchased from local growers. All their olives are pressed on-site within 12 hours of harvest. Theirs is a family-run business and, in addition to oil, they make wines and produce Cerignola olives.
