With a strong family tradition of olive growing behind him, Alessandro Musco is now promoting a new business project that is widespread in northern European countries: acquiring technical knowledge to then select the producers and product, and market it. His selections, working with the Frantoio Paolocci in Vetralla, favour production deriving from the volcanic land on the Cimini hillsides, in the eastern province of Viterbo, at altitudes of 400500 metres.
