Michele and Andrea D'Ettorres are following in their family's footsteps, but some years back they decided to move into processing as well. Today they produce wine, tomatoes and, as of 2022, oil, drawing on a modern mill that presses Peranzana olives from 20,000 kilos of locally sourced crop.
