Vincenzo Bonomo, Giuseppe Bonomo and Di Marco Giuseppa manage a long-term project whose main focus is quality. For olive-growing, they draw on 1,000 trees (a total of 6 hectares), almost all Cerasuola and many over a century old. Aromatic herbs, lemons, peaches and almonds are also produced.
