On the slopes of Etna, where the vast Feudo Moncada once thrived, Salvatore Maria Scuderi cultivates 20 hectares of land (15 of which are olive groves) and around 4,500 organically grown trees. Since it was founded some 20 odd years ago, Sant'Anastasia has been managed with a modern, innovative vision.
