The estate run by Francesco Saverio Biancheri is in a breath-taking location. The lovely property is found on the slopes of the Lepini mountains, in the unspoiled Bosco del Polverino. Of the 20 hectares, seven are planted with 1,150 century-old olive trees, farmed under certified organic methods. Harvest and storage of the olives before they are taken to the oil mill is extremely meticulous.
