Gregorio De Gregoris is heir to a long EVOO producing tradition. His four hectares of olive groves on the slopes of the Ausoni mountains are planted on rocky terrain, with a clay bed, at 400 metres in altitude: 4,000 trees, all of the native itrana variety. The olives are processed within a few hours in the estate's mill and the oil is stored at a controlled temperature without oxygen. The Gaeta table olives are also excellent.
