Made up of 12 members (chaired by Marta Gigliotti), this exemplary cooperative has been active since 2018 and gradually established itself as a touchstone for many small farmers in the area. About 290 hectares of olive groves are cultivated, 25,000 trees in all. Wine is also produced.
