Founded by Rocco Ortore in the early 1900s, the farm is managed today by his great-grandchildren, who cultivate over 20 organic hectares which, alongside their prized Carpino beans, give rise to wine and flour from estate grains. Their excellent extra virgin is pressed mainly from Ogliarola Gargano olives.
