Founded a few years ago in the province of Palermo, this cutting-edge producer was inspired by Paolo Miceli and Sergio Sensat's passion for olive growing. The olive grove spans 115 hectares, with another 100 ha dedicated to the cultivation of ancient Sicilian grains.
