Description

Di Battista started operations in 1963 with a mill for pressing olives. Today, they source olives of the Coratina, Nasuta, and Peranzana varieties, partially from 26 hectares of rented groves and partially purchased from local growers (1,000 metric tons). They also produce ready-made sauces, preserves, and flavor-infused oils.
