Active since 1995, Rita Licastro's Santa Tecla is a major oil producer based in the heart of Aspromonte. After leaving her job as a lawyer, Rita decided to devote herself to managing the family olive groves. Deeply committed to the project, today she cultivates 22 hectares of land (2,500 trees). Olive pâtés, dried olives and olives in brine are also produced.
