Carla Chiaramonte's 100-hectare organic farm, which hosts some 20,000 olive trees (many of which go back a century or more) as well as old stone walls, is located in the countryside of Ragusa. The estate, which has 13 rooms available for guests, also produces preserves, sauces, table olives, and flavored oils.
