Raffaella Ciardullo's family planted 2 hectares of vineyards (Nerello Mascalese and Cappuccio) and 2 hectares of olive groves (550 trees) not far from Cosenza in the early 1990s. The plots are favorably positioned at 520 meters elevation. They're currently in the process of going organic.
