Since 2019 Gerarda Maria Del Cogliano has been steadily guiding her estate, about 8 hectares of favorably positioned, hillside olive groves (3,200 trees), part of which are being converted to organic. Commendable attention is paid to the bottles used, which are light, unbreakable and recyclable.
