Vincenzo Spinelli manages a lovely farmhouse in the scenic Costa Viola, offering hospitality and food on a property that's been organic for over 20 years. His 24 hectares of groves host about 2,000 Carolea and Sinopolese olive trees. Citrus fruits (4 hectares) are grown as well.
