Their Carnaroli classico is a rice for special occasions. Ivory white and uniform, while uncooked it releases herbaceous aromas combined with feral hints attributable to the field and farmyard. Once cooked (in 15 minutes), the grain remains intact, separate and silky. Its flavor is clean, elegant, rich in sweet, lactic, buttery and vegetal notes, all of which accompany its excellent consistency. Chews superbly.
