Chinotto Tomarchio BIO is produced without preservatives, using water from Etna, chinotto extract, burnt sugar and citric acid. Its unique selling points are its sincerity, precision and natural flavors. A light amber color, it unveils a full-bodied fizziness before releasing aromas of fresh citrus, cinchona, bitter roots (like gentian), botanical herbs, balsamic hints and floral whiffs. On the palate it's delicate but expressive, exhibiting a balanced sweetness and a rather pronounced bitterness.
