Fresh milk mixed with sugar and egg yolks, just like Grandma Lele used to do when she made ice cream for all the farm back in the 1960s. The only difference is that, back then, the "container" was a 10L milk bucket! Today, their ice cream remains rich in flavor and density. Its appearance is consistent with the excellent ingredients used: the color is a matte yellow, the texture substantive, and in the mouth it releases classic notes of egg and vanilla.
