A pecorino with a distinct personality, it's crafted into large portions and aged for 150 days. The result is clear, fresh, and fruity aromas, and elegant flavors, with spicy and aromatic notes and a pleasantly lingering aftertaste. An excellent table cheese, it's also well suited to grating. Granduca di Mandas is used in a wide range of recipes where delicate taste can evolve into a harmony of unique and decisive flavors. Excellent in gourmet dishes, it also pairs well with arbutus honey.
