Calvè offers 3 versions, all produced in the Rivarolo del Re plant in the province of Cremona: standard, spicy and -50% sugar. They're all made with 100% Italian tomatoes and available in upside-down bottles. The -50% sugar variant (tomatoes, water, distilled white vinegar, sugar, salt, yeast extract, concentrated lemon juice, spices and sweeteners (Stevia steviol glycosides)) has the classic aspect of a dense, glossy tomato purée, with a spicy aroma and sweet and sour flavors, all of of ketchup's distinctive qualities.
