Sunflower honey has a luminous egg-cream colour, a faint perfume and aroma of processed fruit, reminiscent of apricot juice and tropical fruit, and a secondary vegetal note reminiscent of pollen, wax and hayed flower meadow. Slightly acidulous flavour, refreshing final note reminiscent of candyfloss. The freshness and brightness of the sensations make it very pleasant.
