Sunflower honey has a bright egg-cream colour, a light aroma and flavour of processed fruit, reminiscent of apricot juice and tropical fruit, and a secondary vegetal note reminiscent of pollen, wax and mown flower meadows. It has a slightly acidic flavour and a refreshing finish reminiscent of candyfloss. Its freshness and brightness make it very pleasant.
