Hazelnuts covered in milk chocolate are one of Pura Delizia's delicacies. They are made with selected IGP Piedmont hazelnuts, which are lightly praline-coated and then covered with a thin layer of milk chocolate, a bean-to-bar chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa and a distinct caramel aroma. A harmonious meeting of the aromatic nuts with the dark notes of chocolate, diluted by the warm and motherly ones of powdered milk, with a pinch of fleur de sel to give verve to the taste.
