A preservative-free, natural panettone with a unique sweetness and fragrance. It is made with high quality raw materials starting with the mother yeast (kept inside the Fiore 1827 factory), then Italian flour, centrifuge butter enriched with fresh Tuscan cream and eggs from free-range hens. All this results in a soft dough enriched with the finest Australian sultanas, candied orange peel, orange peel paste (from southern Italy), bourbon vanilla and natural Italian honey.
