A low, dark hazelnut-coloured panettone with a burnished top cut into four. On the inside, the crumb has small, elongated alveoli, a tightly packed eye that encloses the fruit: sultanas of medium carat and good consistency, candied fruit (Sicilian orange peel and Diamante citron peel) acidulous and large in size. The nose is very correct, fresh, with the prevalence of milk aromas, and then hints of butter and fruit - the same ones that also return on tasting - a very composed and clean aromatic array. Soft, sweet, chewy.
