Perfecto® Cioccolato

Description

This gelato is based on water so as to enhance its flavor, aromatic properties and healthfulness: 15% of the total weight derives from 100% mono-origin cocoa from the South of Peru (the Apurimac valley, to be precise) processed by Domori in Turin. Apurimac trinitario combines with high-quality cocoa, prized natural fibers (mostly inulin and citrus fiber), and a single thickener made from carob seed flour. The sole sweetener is 100% organic, Italian raw beet sugar. The salt content is very low, and the product is completely gluten-free. The result is an ice cream redolent of flowers, caramel and milk cream, with only mild acidity.
