Just looking at the slice, with its orange tones adorned by tyrosine, whets the appetite. On the palate it reveals a superb balance of sweet and savory flavors followed by a vibrant finish of pâtisserie amplified by a slightly mineral note. The result is an extremely pleasant prosciutto, both in terms of flavor and in its structure.
