Spaghetti, as a pasta, was born in Sicily, as observed by the geographer Al Idrisi in 1154. Feudo Mondello's are surprisingly well crafted. Carefully processed durum wheat semolina makes for a product with a golden color, properly rough and porous, suitable for any type of topping or sauce. After cooking, it holds up well when tossed in the pan, to the delight of pasta lovers.
