This product is made exclusively with buffalo milk from the producer's farm, which hosts over 700 buffaloes. The color is a bright white tending towards gray, while the consistency is very dense and full-bodied, with a smooth texture. Aromatically it's quite complex, with pastoral sensations milky, musky notes, herbaceous hints, whiffs of hay and flowers meeting fruitier notes of citrus and bitter almond.
