Their natural sheep's milk yogurt is rich in flavor, aroma, fat and gustatory structure. Its texture is very dense and full-bodied, its aromatic profile an explosion of sweet, buttery acid-lactic notes, fruits and nuts (especially almonds), pasture vegetables and cut grass, with faint, clean hints of barn. In the mouth it's sweet, savory, with a strong lactic acidity that tends to flavors of alcohol and vinegar.
