Preparation:
Put the Italian anchovies in warm water to rehydrate them. Take garlic, onion and chilli. Clean the onion,take half and chop it. Then pour extra virgin olive oil and pour it into a frying pan and add the chopped onion. Cut a garlic beak in half and put it in a pan (you can also chop it before putting it). Now cut the chili pepper and put it in the pan with the other frying ingredients. Now add some stalks of parsley parsley. In the meantime, cook the pasta, al dente, in boiling salted water. Take the anchovies and clean them by removing the bones. Add the anchovies to the stir-fry, lower the heat, it should not fry. Now take the stale bread and cut it coarsely with a knife or a cutter. Take a frying pan, pour in some oil, and put in the breadcrumbs, chopped parsley and garlic. Now take the pasta and put it in the soffritto pan, add a ladle of pasta cooking water. Add some parsley to the pasta. Once the pasta is mixed, serve it with some grated lemon juice and the previously pan toasted breadcrumbs.
