From the decor to the hours, 30 11 Donatelli is a modern pizzeria, especially when it comes to the ingredients used and attention to the final product. The restaurant is well furnished and pleasant, both inside and outside; the hours are astonishing because they're open all day, whether you want to stop in for breakfast or for an evening drink (when you can enjoy some truly delicious appetizers). Quality pizza with a nice, thick and crispy crust is served topped with interesting combinations, like the La Capri (artisan tomato, Apulian mozzarella, their own Mora Romagnola ham, seasonal mushrooms, grilled artichoke and caper leaves) or the Ligurian (a white pizza with Apulian mozzarella, grilled potatoes, toasted pine nuts, pesto, Taggia olives and pecorino di fossa cheese). A variety of wines, beers and excellent, attentive service top off a great out-of-town experience. There's also a take-out location in the city called Pizza & Birra.
