Situated in a more decentralized position than the "mother ship", 3011 Donatelli's small, clean take-out location offers signature pizzas and craft beers. In addition to their classic, round pies they have excellent, crispy choices by the slice, which make it a popular stop until late into the evening. Choose from their "Proposte Tradizionali", "Qualcosa in più" ("Something else") or "Chef" menus. The first includes the delicious Burrata (rustic tomato and burrata) and "Estate" (tomato, mozzarella, datterino tomato confit, basil and parmesan). While their excellent selection of more gourmet pizzas includes the Lucchi (a red pizza with buffalo mozzarella, porcini mushrooms, speck and scamorza) and the more "local" Perbellini (mozzarella, shrimp tails, cooked bacon, confit tomatoes, garlic, oil and chilli). A notable choice of craft beers, mostly from microbreweries, as well as a dozen low-fermentation options. It's worth noting that orders before 18.30 receive a discount. Attentive and kind staff.
The best pizzerias are marked with 1,2,3 'spicchi' according to their quality grades.
