There is an air of Italy in Copacabana. Elegant and stylish ambiance in this restaurant located in front of one of the most celebrated beaches in the world. The first thing that struck us? A respectable wine list, with great labels and historical vintages. Among the appetizers we recommend the crisp octopus served on broccoli cream and burrata, while among the risottos - just a tad less al dente than in Italy - the best bet is the saffron and scallop risotto. The ingredients are top notch, just note the taste of the various cuts of meat or the fish of the day cooked on the grill. In closing, the tiramisu is well balanced. The menu is almost too broad, the service is very professional, starting with the sommelier who boasts excellent knowledge of the subject during our visit.
