From the Alps to New Zealand. Noel Cimadom left Brixen, his hometown in the Dolomite mountains, and arrived in Cambridge bringing with him the flavors of his homeland. Here he and his wife opened a restaurant that manages to put traditional Italian flavors on the table with the help of local products. Not only pasta to main courses of meat and fish but also good pizza and a wine list with an interesting selection of labels. Try the vitello tonnato, rose veal served with tuna and capers sauce and aged parmesan, and the Casarecce homemade saffron pasta, Prawns, Chilli, and Bottarga.
