Pizza no longer plays the primary role that it once did here. A spacious and modern place, it's more of a café-restaurant than a pizzeria. It certainly continues to be a valid stop for a lunch break (it's closed at dinner) thanks to a selection of food that ranges from savory snacks to dishes off a proper menu, from appetizers to desserts. Even if the range of options has been gradually reduced, the pizzas are always delicious and prepared with quality ingredients (mainly organic). After deciding on the crust type, thin or higher and crispy ("pizza alla pala") you choose the topping. The excellent Vegetariana is made with fresh, seasonal vegetables, while those who love more intense flavors can opt for the Piccante, with Calabrian spianata salami, gorgonzola and aromatic herbs. Fans of craft beers will be happy to see so many organic microbreweries represented. Delicious homemade desserts. Fast, cheerful staff.
The best pizzerias are marked with 1,2,3 'spicchi' according to their quality grades.
