Roberto Lucque is a tireless promoter of fine Italian cuisine in the Czech Republic, thanks to different but always effective, well-established, highly successful venues. Aromi is an elegant and well-lit restaurant, with cuisine that combines intense flavours without ever losing balance and cleanliness, also thanks to an excellent search for ingredients. On the menu, we point out the grilled calamari like back home, with anchovy mayonnaise and lemon, the elegant liquid parmesan cappelletti in prawn and corn broth, the lobster spaghetti or the savory barbequed octopus, with black cabbage, Jerusalmen arthichoke and mushrooms. Oysters and truffles friendly. The wine list displays brilliant choices, with the best of Italy and also France, Austria and Germany.
