In that big mess that is the Mercat de la Boquerìa a sort of Venetian tavern, as the name Bacaro implies, has found its own space - a very one at that - where the cicchetti are the the main attraction, snacks born as accoutrements to the drink than to satiate served at a long counter, and only few seats. To stay in pure Venetian theme, don't skip the sardines "in saor" and the eel, and then why not the parmigiana, passatelli and strozzapreti. It will not be the most significant culinary experience of your life but the atmosphere, the slightly unkempt air, and the carefree mood will make up for it and then some.
