Open for over 20 years in front of the Oslo Cathedral, this restaurant-wine shop was among the first to tell the story of Italian cuisine in Norway. Tagliatelle alla contadina, Costata alla Fiorentina and, the most classic dessert of all, Tiramisu, are the cornerstones of the menu. The pizza menu is measured, but well represents the classics with Margherita, 4 Formaggi and the Parma. Beyond the food that winks at the local palate, we liked the wine list, rich and fresh in the oenological choices, with many virtuous winemakers and a very well thought-out offer by the glass, focused on traditional wines and native vines.
