Bianca

Rosario Procino and Raffaele Ronca own this venue on the city's main street. Both born in Naples, they moved to the United States, bringing one of their city's treasures: Parotenopean recipes and cuisine. Bianca is a restaurant that manages to put together a relaxed, yet elegant atmosphere where you can taste an excellent interpretation of traditional Italian cuisine with a modern touch. There are dishes with a Campanian flavor on the menu, but also great classic recipes from all over Italy, including spaghetti carbonara or veal Milanese style. A wine list with several labels to choose from completes the offer.
