It's certainly true that sometimes in the midst of difficulties opportunities arise. This was proven by the Botter family, who after the lockdown (with initiative and foresight), strengthened their online presence and set up a new shop for the sale (throughout Italy) of certain products and for the delivery (locally) of fresh pastry. Siblings Moreno and Moira represent the third generation of an artisan pastry shop that has always shown professionalism and passion, while also wanting to stay in-step with the times. Pastries, chocolate and coffee are the three main branches of a complete and worthy range of products. The first is represented by a remarkable assortment of cakes (classic, modern and seasonal), single-serving sweets (including vegan and gluten-free) and a kaleidoscope of large and mini pastries. For example, both among their cakes and pastries, you can try the "Incontro" , made with a crumbly base, gianduia mousse, soft cocoa biscotto and pistachio namelaka. In winter, try their hot chocolate and soft, delicious Carnival frieds dough. In summer, there's ice cream made with natural ingredients. All year round, they offer classic baked goods and Venetian specialties. If you can find a place, it's worth sitting in the small, well-kept outdoor courtyard. There's another location in Caerano San Marco in Via Settembre 1944, 20.
