It inspires a warm feeling, with the wooden furnitures, the copper pans pending from the ceiling and the flowers on the tables. However, the attention to details is clear even from the presentation of the dishes. Long wine list, wide choice of beers, and refreshing cocktails. Finding Italy in the middle of the Big Apple is easy. Our suggestion? Cacio e pepe: one of the bests of the whole City. We recommended also panna cotta with tahitian vanilla bean served with 10 year old aged balsamic, baccalà fritto and fiori di zucca, baccalà fritto, panzanella and fiori di zucca.
