We have been following Denis Lucchi, Lombard chef in the kitchen, from the beginning of his work at Buona Terra, housed in a beautiful colonial building. Denis offers an authorial cuisine, mixing Italian and international ingredients with a twist. Among the last recipes, we point out the seared langoustine served in a sauce of anchovies or the classic fusilli cacio e pepe with sea urchin.There are no weaknesses, the menu is constantly evolving, and always up to the highest standards. The wine list is impressive, especially for lovers of mature wines, thanks to Gabriele Rizzardi, expert sommelier, who built up a superb cantina with many different vintages and small artisans rarely found in the area that will make any wine enthusiast happy.
