Fabio Centini is an institution when it comes to Italian restaurants in Calgary. He opened up about 20 years ago, today he still focuses on traditional recipes The menu is ample and well articulated, with very rich taste and generous dishes like wild boar pappardelle, and veal-filled ravioli.
