Editor’s choice. If you love Tuscan wine and cuisine, Da Burde is simply a must. More than a hundred years young: this is the beautiful reality (and the fiber of authentic performance) of the Gori family restaurant. Andrea, a sommelier with an original taste, confident and free from prejudice, directs the work at the tables and takes care of and, cuddling a wine cellar that would not look out of place in a large restaurant, and which offers incredibly honest markups, with focus on the prize worthy Chianti Classico. Paolo oversees the kitchen, of which he is the master, with an equally confident hand. And on whose menu appear soups - amazing acqua cotta - that are among the place's main attractions, along with her majesty Fiorentina steak cooked canonically on the grill. Around here, the Burde has become over the years "the" steak. Contained prices. Super recommended.
