Da Vinci is one of the historic Italian restaurants in town, located in a beautiful three-story Victorian graystone building in the heart of downtown Montreal. Chef and owner Renato Ferrante offers classic cuisine in an elegant setting, with well-spaced out tables and a beautiful counter in plain sight. From the kitchen standouts include the homemade king crab ravioli with chive butter and saffron infusion, and the juicy and savoury full roasted rack of lamb with a mustard crust, and aromatic herbs. The wine cellar collects cult labels, with a very broad focus on Tuscany, Piedmont and Veneto. Plus, a good selection of magnums and double magnums.
