A new entry in our guide. Dova is a Sicilian inspired restaurant opened by chef Roberto Marotta. From the menu we suggest the charcoal artichokes, anchovies and mint, and the sea urchin spaghetti. Among main courses, we point out the costata, but there’s also space for crispy and fragrant pizzas. The patio is a big plus, while the wine list displays a proper selection of Italian wines. A professional service completes the package.
