In the middle of Östermalm, Eataly’s pizza is undoubtedly one of the best in town for its fragrance and ingredients. The Roman-style pizza alla pala (long oval flatbread) is thin and crispy, with many successful classic variations. But there is also room for the highest and soft Genovese focaccia, well cooked that really melts in your mouth.
