The dedication of Enoteca della Valpolicella, and the landscape in which it's located (dense, hillside vineyards) leaves no room for doubt about its mission: to be a temple dedicated to Veronese wine and its principal appellations, represented by a selection that includes over 800 different bottles. There are also dishes, strictly seasonal, made using local ingredients. Among their classic appetizers, you'll find local ricotta with apple mustard. Then there's risotto with herbs, or long, homemade pasta. Their main courses include duck breast in a Recioto and honey sauce. Cheerful, friendly service.
