Starting as a trattoria in 2006, it has transformed into a real Italian restaurant in the heart of Singapore. Flavors of Sicily and of tradition blend with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. A wine list that draws labels from all over Italy and with several bottles available by the glass completes the offerings. Start with an Antipasto Etna, with Italian cuts, marinated vegetables, and baked Ricotta cheese, then order black-ink Tonnarelli pasta with sea urchin and grated Bottarga. If you want to sweeten things up at the end of the meal, the cannolo Etna is the way to go.
